- Mariana Yunita Added June 22, 2017★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I bought groupon voucher and "Go for a bold new look or trim your existing style" was mention on the voucher. When I went there, the lady said I have to pay $20 extra because I want to change my style, the voucher is only for trimming only. The voucher only said $20 surcharge if you have long hair/extra thick hair/if toner required, and I wasn't on that category. I have shoulder length hair, and I want to cut 4-5cm of it.
The treatment mention on the voucher was conditioner with hot towel, but they leave it longer (the lady said it herself).
I wrote this review so other that looking for review before buying groupon know the fact before buying, as it would be too much trouble to return groupon voucher especially you already mark my voucher as used when I make the booking.
