Hopefully, it won’t happen again. （I called 14:29 pm today to double confirm my appointment, as I received message from other I-MED center (obviously, they accidentally putted me on different center), the staff over the phone was so rude and offensive, keep telling me how much I need to pay (however, last time I have been told it was bulk bulling), when I asked the reason, the staff just said: so you want to book or not. I said, okay, I will make an appointment at different center. She said: You do so! Then, cut off my phone. The worst experience ever.)

They double checked to make sure I was comfortable many times throughout the process. I pressed the button for a nurse to ask for a blanket and despite it being quite busy, someone was over within 30 seconds. Just be aware, there is no phone reception in the entire department! Might want to bring a book to entertain yourself.

- Sam Added January 09, 2020★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Had a horrendous experience getting an ultrasound here. I was given the scan by a trainee with no option to say no and she did not do it properly. The information I received was completely incorrect, I'm lucky I sought a second opinion elsewhere. Do not recommend this place for an ultrasound at all.
