    Pathetic customer service, Koko ripped me off. Don't trust. Do not recommend you shop at either of the stores.......

    The customer service in this jewellery shop is pathetic. Management refused to repair a Cobb and Co. clock that was under lifetime warranty. They then tried to rip me off to pay $15 for freight charges that they could not justify. Avoid this shop!
