Excellent for getting things done and repaired and created from scratch. For example recently had some rings resized and they made a brand new ring using an Opal that we supplied. We choose a design from one of their sketches and the end result was really excellent

Serious error made on Insurance quote that has caused an issue and prolonged settlement with the replacement - Nothing was done to contact me nor apologise for the issue.
I had to contact them , waiting 3 days after my initial complaint.
Customer service is everything in this market. Very very disappointed.
