All the people there from the owner/boss to the staff have no idea what customer service is - no greetings, no smiles, unfriendly and impatient, as if customers owe them money. Maybe they think they are the only pharmacy in the pocket? Now I'd rather drive a bit further to chemist warehouse or other pharmacies than to see their unfriendly faces...
