  I once booked an appointment online with this clinic and received an email with booking details, however, when I arrived it at the booked time, I was told by reception that they had no record of my booking and i had to book another time.
  
  My wife needed to get a referral letter for my son. When making a booking, the reception told my wife that she didn't need to bring my son along. However, when seeing the doctor, the doctor insisted that my son must attend as well. So my wife had to book a second appointment.
  
  During the second appointment which was with a different doctor, the second doctor said he couldn't write the referral letter because the nurse needs to see my son and do something first.
  
  Two appointments and it's still not done. They said different things each time so we just don't trust them anymore. Therefore we don't want to book a third appointment with them, and decided to switch to a different clinic.
  
  This clinic is badly managed and the people there are just unprofessional.

  One of the worst medical clinics. The doctors at this clinic are clueless !!!

  I have had mostly positive experiences. I agree that often, there is a delay in seeing the Dr but I really like my Dr's. I see Dr Hollingshead and Dr Jayweera. I have had several serious health issues and they have been prompt in getting me the right support. They are both really good with kids too.
