  Terrible customer service and blatant liars.
  
  As stated on both The Pines website, Google and The Beauty & Brow Parlour the time of close is 5:30pm.
  
  Today when I went to the Beauty & Brow Parlour at The Pines, I arrived at 5:15pm to be told they were closed, whilst the lady who worked there (Amira) was sitting on her phone with the door half shut.
  
  I clarified if I had made a mistake and let her know the website must have incorrectly advertised they were open until 5:30pm. Amira rudely replied and said no they are open until 5:30pm but she had closed the store. I asked for the manager to which she replied (and lied) that she was the manager. Eventually she confessed she was not the manager and called her manager (Bahar). Amira spoke to Bahar in arabic so I was unable to hear the conversation transpire. When Bahar spoke to me she also confirmed that they closed at 5:30pm - by this time it was 5:27pm (due to Amira's blatant lying and unprofessionalism).
  
  I would strongly advise going anywhere else but here as the extreme level of laziness, unprofessionalism and lack of customer service is evident.
  
  Unsure how anyone can run a business like this and will be notifying centre management of the illegal protocols this business operates under.

  I wouldn’t recommend this salon, the lady took out most of my brow hairs and blamed me for not telling her what to do. I came to take out excess hair not make me bald… shot place and not even following covid guidelines. Not wearing masks and sanitising after each customer l. Take your money else where. They will stress you oot . Totally not worth it

  Staff are rude,slow and unprofessional. Don’t know how to talk to clients , don’t make appointments expect you to sit and wait over an hour. And really don’t care if you don’t. This is just a walk in and walk our service for pensioners who have time to sit and wait. Go elsewhere where you can make an appointment and the time spent for your treatment. Half of the staff are probably working illegally as none of them speak English.

  Terrible service. I asked to keep my eyebrows thick. She completely removed the majority of tail of my brows, left hair in my mono and I have many spots of blood. Brows are very uneven, thin and arches are completely different. I’m so devastated as I have a wedding this weekend. When I told her I was unhappy she started arguing saying it was good and made me pay. Two unhappy brows.

  After waiting 50 minutes (I confirmed with the lady that she had space for me before I sat down), she decides to turn me away. 50 minutes. She was rude and unprofessional and I was left quite upset.
  
  Don't waste your time here, go to the Eastland one for better service and care.
